中国制定车辆购置税法 明确车辆购置税税率为10% Dec 30th 2018, 00:40 资料图：电动汽车。张亨伟 摄 　　中新社北京12月29日电 (记者 张子扬 梁晓辉)十三届全国人大常委会第七次会议29日表决通过了中华人民共和国车辆购置税法，该法规定，车辆购置税的税率为百分之十。本法自2019年7月1日起施行。2000年10月22日国务院公布的《中华人民共和国车辆购置税暂行条例》同时废止。
